Frequently Asked Questions

Why am I asked for my birth date when filling in my main contact information?
This is strictly for security purposes. Your birth date is used during the password recovery process. It is treated as confidential information and cannot be viewed by any administrator.

I forgot my password. How do I find it?
Click on the I FORGOT MY PASSWORD link located on the Lacrosse Registration page. You will be asked to complete a few simple questions to verify your identity. The password will be emailed to you.

How will I receive my password if my email address has changed from last year?
You will have a chance to edit your email address during the Password Recovery process outlined above.

Is there a way of changing my password?
You may edit your password by clicking on the "Change my ID/Password" link located on the bottom of your Family Security Profile. You may access your Family Security Profile by entering your existing ID and Password after clicking the Registration button on our website.

I just received my credit card statement and there was an entry of www.quickenrollment.com, Scarborough, ON. Was this for registration?
QuickEnrollment Inc. is our official online registration provider. Willowdale Sports Club utilizes QuickEnrollment's credit card processing service in order to collect online transactions.

I could not print my invoice/confirmation page. Is there a way of printing my invoice after I have already registered?
You can do so by entering your Family Security Profile. Go to the Lacrosse Registration page, click the QuickEnrollment logo, enter your ID and Password, click the Print Invoices link located at the bottom of your profile, click your invoice number, then print the invoice displayed.

I chose cheque payment when I registered. I have changed my mind, I would rather pay by online credit card. How do I do this?
You may pay the total amount outstanding on your account by signing back into your profile. Click on the "Pay your balance by on-line credit card now".

How will I know if my child has been accepted to play this year?
It is important to note that ALL registrants will first go on a waiting list until all conditions of acceptance are met. The conditions of acceptance are as follows:

PAYMENT IN FULL; YELLOW OLA FORM COMPLETED; COPY BIRTH CERTIFICATE PROVIDED IF NEW TO WILLOWDALE

Can I pay with cheques?
Yes, you may mail a cheque to Willowdale Sports Club, Box 543, 3299 Bayview Avenue, Toronto ON M2K 2Y5

Can I pay with cash?
No we cannot accept cash. We accept cheques, money orders or credit cards (VISA or MasterCard).

Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. You must pay in full if you choose the online credit card or off line credit card payment option

How do I know my registration is confirmed?
When you submit your registration form on line, you will receive two emails. The first email will be a copy of your invoice or payment confirmation. The second will be your official confirmation of acceptance into Willowdale Sports Club. You can print this email on your computer and keep it for your records. If you do not have an email address, then you will receive a phone call.

When will I be contacted as to what team my child is on?
Everyone should be contacted by 5 days before their first scheduled game. If you have not been contacted by this date, please email the office, CarolMallett@willowdalesportsclub.com with your child's name, age and your phone number Or leave the same information on the Willowdale Sports Club phone line (416-221-9122 OR FAX 416-221-9122).

When does the lacrosse season start?
Lacrosse starts April 30th 2007. Keep an eye on the web site for schedules and firm dates.

Can I specify a certain coach or team that I want my child to play for?
Yes, there is a space on the form for a message of this kind.

Can I request that my child play with his friend for car-pooling purposes?
Yes, up to 2. Please make sure you place them in order of preference.

What documentation do I need if I want to coach?
Please indicate during the registration process your interest in coaching and we will contact you. There will be a coaches course run prior to the season. Parent helpers are always and warmly welcomed.

Where do I sign up to be a house league coach?
During the registration process and THANKYOU.

How will I find out my child's house league schedule?
Schedules are now posted on our web site.

I am moving to a new home. What address do I put on the form if we have not moved yet?
Please use your new address when registering. If you do not have your new phone number as yet - put in the phone number you have now and email CarolMallett@willowdalesportsclub.com with your new phone number. It is the member's responsibility to notify the hockey office in the event of move or contact information needs to be updated.
