Acceptance Policy

It is important to note that ALL registrants will first go on a waiting list until all conditions of acceptance are met. The conditions of acceptance are as follows:

  1. PAYMENT IN FULL

  2. YELLOW OLA INSURANCE FORM RETURNED WITH ALL INFORMATION AND SIGNATURES COMPLETE

  3. COPY BIRTH CERTIFICATE OR OTHER PROOF OF AGE DOCUMENT RECEIVED (IF YOU'RE NEW TO WILLOWDALE)

Once all conditions have been met, you will receive our OFFICIAL ACCEPTANCE of your child into Willowdale Sports Club by email.
