How do I find my User ID and Password and why is it important?

Why do I need an ID and Password?

If you have previously registered online with Willowdale Sports Club (or with some other organization) through the QuickEnrollment process, you would have created a login ID and password while setting up your Family Security Profile. The purpose of setting up this security profile is three fold:

  1. To ensure that your information is secure

  2. To provide you with your own web page where you are able to edit your registration information, change your password, re-print your invoice, keep track of what you have registered in and view your registration status.

  3. To keep track of the number of children you registered and apply any family discounts (if applicable).

How do I find my ID and Password?

There are three ways to recover your ID and Password:

  1. Approximately two days before Registration opens you will receive an email containing the login ID and password required to begin the registration process.

  2. If you have misplaced this email or did not receive one by April 1st, click the "I FORGOT MY PASSWORD" link below, complete the required details, and verify your email address. The ID and Password will be emailed to you.

  3. If option #1 and #2 fail, please contact Quick Enrollment at 416 337-2016 or operations@quickenrollment.com, provide us with your child's name, your child's birth date, your first and last name, your telephone number as well your postal code and we will reply with your password.
